A private 3000 sq ft (indoor/outdoor) penthouse experience. What characterizes our project is a bespoke habitat - paying homage to the historic architecture while elevating the elements into a cozy retreat. We were able to preserve the original footprint of the space; every door, ceiling medallion, molding, and the early 1900’s tongue and groove hardwood floor. We transformed the interior archetype into a rich color pallet with vintage inspired furnishings to make you feel right at home.
