Great place and highly recommend! In Nags Head right across from Jockey Ridge Sand Dune State Park. Hot Tub in the backyard of the house. Short drive to a lot of good restaurants. 10-15 minutes to Kitty Hawk/Kill Devil Hills. 25-30 minutes to Duck. 40-45 minutes to Corolla. Erica was always very quick to respond to any questions we had.

2nd time staying here the location is perfect for walking the boardwalk or around town. The kitchen is just enough for 2 and the hot plate made for easy eggs for breakfast. We will defintely rent this place again!

This is a fantastic unit for a couple (or best friends!) retreat. The location is perfect - directly across the street from beach entrance, walking distance to great coffee shops, local ice cream, surf shops, brewery, food, convenience stores, and more! I liked the house was at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic on the street. The host is very friendly and responsive with great directions. Check in/out was hassle free. I will definitely be coming back for a long weekend getaway!

I had an amazing few days at Jayme's place. Everything was exactly as described. I look forward to returning. This may sound like a cliche, but it truly is a hidden gem. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. Perfect for a small family or getaway with a few friends. I was able to visit with my family, while having my own quiet space where I could work in the day and see my kids/grandkids in the afternoons and evenings. Just steps away, you can rent a bike and go anywhere. The area is also very walkable. A wonderful restaurant is also just steps away from the property. Everything is very close, including groceries, restaurants, and things to do. And, of course, there is a very easy short stroll to the beach so no worries about looking for parking :) Jayme is super friendly and helpful. It was a treat to meet her. I don't think I have ever met a host in person. I have been fortunate to have wonderful AirBnB experiences, but this has been one of my best.

Beautiful & peaceful home!! Walkable to many places and the beach. Tiffany was incredibly helpful & went out of her way to make sure we had a long list of suggestions for things to do, restaurants, etc. Spending time in the backyard was lovely. We will absolutely be back!!

Really enjoyed the condo it was a perfect base camp for a variety of activities in the OBX. There was a well stocked kitchen which was great as we did a lot of home meals. The condo was nicely decorated, and the beds were super comfy! James was easy to contact and communicated back quickly if asked a question. Was a great stay.

I don't have anything but good things to say about Arielle's place. My wife and I were first-time visitors to the Outer Banks. We aren't much on the beach, but we do enjoy seeing it and being close to all of the activities. We were looking for quiet, affordable, clean location as our home base for our three days in the Outer Banks. This spot was perfect. The accommodations were exactly as described. Arielle was very responsive when we had any questions. Though we didn't meet her during our stay, we liked that the fact that she was right next door if we needed something. I couldn't recommend this location more!

This place was perfect for our family with teens. There was something for everyone to do and enjoy. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! Quick walk to beach, restaurant, and coffee shop for when we wanted to venture out. We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, paddle board, and games. Living room and dining area held all six of us very comfortably. We are already looking at when we can come back! Bonus: The house was well stocked with dishes, cookware, cleaning supplies, and towels. The host thought if everything!

Beautiful house, with great accommodations. We LOVED the hammocks, there are plenty of games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained on rainy days, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Beverly was a great host and gave helpful recommendations for area restaurants and things to do. She even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were satisfied. We would definitely like to return!

Always a great stay at High Tides Paradise, feel right at home. JoAnne is always friendly, quick response, accommodating and makes staying a breeze.

This house was perfect for what we needed, plenty of space and great surroundings. If you like water, there is a canal out back and the sound out front with kayaks and paddle boards available for use.

I had a wonderful stay! Dana was a fantastic host, and Kim, the co-host, made sure everything was seamless from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with an ample amount of supplies that made the getaway even more comfortable and easy. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made settling in effortless. Communication was clear and prompt, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. We absolutely loved our stay here! We had never been to Outer Banks and felt right at home! We enjoyed the ping pong table, kayaks, and the outdoor enclosed porch. It was a quiet neighborhood, and we even saw deer graze in the yard. Overall, we'd love to come back to stay here for a peaceful vacation!

I had been looking forward to this trip as an opportunity to make memories with our young adult children and it did not disappoint! The home was very clean, and sunrises from the dock were beautiful. The four bedrooms provided ample space for everyone yet the layout made it cozy and inviting. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock, close proximity to Manteo, and interacting with the friendly neighbors of the four and two-legged varieties. We had an amazing time! We typically never stay at the same home twice when we travel, but we loved our time at ‘Always Sonny’ and hope to return very soon!

Shelia, We loved your house! Our family enjoyed an Easter egg hunt in the yard. Your decor is so spa like. It allows your beautiful views to be the focus. Your deck and the views are so relaxing. We did not want to leave!

Our stay was pretty perfect! The views were amazing and the condo was comfortable. Easily accessible, very close to a lot of really great places like Swells’a Brewing brewery, which is a 5 minute walk. Gene was very responsive and helpful, he made the stay a breeze! The condo was so clean and felt like home. We will definitely stay again.

Exactly as expected, pictures say it all! Very clean, easy to communicate with the host, well appointed condo. With 4 kids, it can be tough to find something everyone likes to do, no problem with the recommendations and coupons! Thank you!! We had a wonderful time staying at Francis and Lindsay’s beautiful beach condo! Everything was exactly as described! It was spotless and beautifully decorated! The bed was extremely comfortable. This was a wonderful place to stay-quiet, peaceful with lots of light and a beautiful view from the deck! The condo was beautifully appointed. It was also easy to get to the National Seashore. An added bonus was an easy ride to hook up with the bike path!

Great small community where we felt very safe and at home. Close to many places to explore. We were on the ferry to Ocracoke in 5 minute drive from the place. Amazing views from top deck!

The say at ‘Sea Too’ was the most enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay I have ever had at Cape Hatteras. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and the perfect atmosphere. I really couldn’t have asked for more!
