Apartment B offers essentials for a comfortable stay, whether you're here for work, a weekend getaway, or an extended visit. Enjoy walkable access to shops, restaurants and everything downtown has to offer all just steps from your door. Centrally located in the heart of Waverly and just a short drive across town to Wartburg College! Apartment B is accessible by 20 stairs that may be too steep for some. If you have any issues with mobility, this space is not a good fit. Ideal for 2 adults.

Located just minutes from Wartburg College (1.2 miles) and the downtown Waverly area! This property offers an easy commute to anywhere in Waverly. This town home is located close to the highway that will take you to Cedar Falls (15.8 miles) in less than 20 minutes! A two car, attached garage is yours to use during your stay!

Private and Relaxing Acreage in West Waverly

The perfect location for your getaway! Cozy and private yet just minutes from downtown Waverly and Wartburg College! The open concept layout includes a full kitchen, 70" tv + electric fireplace. The bathroom includes a 74x60 shower, a heated bidet + floors, double sinks, and a separate makeup vanity. The sunroom off the back faces an entirely private backyard complete with a fire pit & seating area. Laundry access! 1 queen and 2 single beds. Sleeps 4 but happy to accommodate extra guests!

Honeybee Cottage at Star's Hollow

Honeybee Cottage is located next to our own beach/lake & 140 acres of beautifully groomed public nature trails. It is creatively decorated & full of amenities, including a coffee/tea bar. Make use of the games/books/DVDs that are provided. Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike or mountain bike in the trails, nap on the porch, fish for bluegills in our lake, race the pig, skip rocks/canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze the evening sky!

Swanky Downtown Loft

Unique downtown studio loft with balcony overlooking the Cedar River. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

The Barn

The Barn is a private apartment in the upper level of our barn, with a separate entrance. The beautifully decorated space includes living & dining room, a kitchenette, bath, and two bedrooms. Our acreage is nestled on 4 acres on the edge of town surrounded by farm fields. Where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the amazing sunrises or have a night cap with the cool breeze on the back deck and stargaze the evening sky. Lots to do! NO PET RENTAL

The Carter House 1866 also known as Marriage House

The historic Carter House was built by its namesake J.H. Carter in 1866. Carter was one of the most prominent and influential residents of Shell Rock. He was a founding father of many of the community's businesses. The House remained in his family until 1952. In 2022, the Carter House was purchased by Star Valley Hospitality and was completely renovated. This stylish single family home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is now an inviting short-term rental.

3 bedroom home located in a quiet neighborhood. 1 block off Main Street, within a mile from downtown businesses, Wartburg college & WSR high school. This is an older 900 sq foot home that I have updated & am continuing to update. Please be aware that there are steep stairs up to the upstairs 2 bedrooms.
