Lovely light & spacious one UK kingsize bed flat. In the heart of the city centre, close to shops & restaurants. Luton airport - 11 mins by train; by car 20/30mins. Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

This is a traditional old stable building which does make it unsuitable for disabled access. The location is situated in a quiet area with its own secure parking and easy access to transport links. There is a bistro table at the front and bench at the back. Teas , coffee, continental breakfast all left for you A 15 minutes walk to the village, pubs, cafe and shop. Close to train stations in to London ( 30 mins)
