Inlet Beach is known for its quiet and uncrowded beaches, walking distance to 30A and about 30 minutes to Destin. This is a non smoking property inside & out. Please do not book if you smoke. Please note that AirBnB only collects Florida Tax. I will collect Walton County tax of 5% about a month before your stay and when I send out your house code.

The main floor has a large living room with 2 sofa sleepers, a large kitchen/dining room and a half bath. The 2nd floor has an open style bonus room with king bed, and full-size futon. Also, there is another king bedroom w/ an attached full bath. The 3rd floor has 2 queen bedrooms with attached full bathrooms.

Just a short walk to the worlds most pristine beaches, or a short walk to the lake access where you can fish off the pier and both are within 150 yards approximately. Also, you can walk/bike to shops, dinning and live music of Rosemary Beach. Also you can drive 4 minute down to Camp Helen State park where you can jet ski, rent kayaks, and canoes, and go to lake or gulf on them.
