Our groundfloor farmhouse is located less than 2km from many of Comeragh mountain walking routes Our location makes our home very special, we look directly onto the Comeragh mountains, 5 minutes drive from Kilclooney wood and Coumsingaun lake walk. We are a short drive from Crough woods and Mahon falls. Clonea strand, Bunmahon and Stradbally beaches are a 20 minute drive. After a busy day you can look forward to relaxing at the fire side or outside in nature.

Take it easy and have a getaway to a cosy 190-year-old cottage in the Irish countryside. The cottage is semi-detached and has its own private outdoor area. The cottage is located in the countryside village of Ballymacarbry which is situated at the foot of the Nire Valley and is perfect for hikers, with beautiful walking paths. Cyclists with the winding roads of the Sean Kelly circuit and walkers with the many woodland trails. The cottage is also a 10 minute drive from the Comeragh Mountains.

The Cowshed Cottage is a lovingly restored Milking parlour with one bedroom, a bathroom & large living area with fully equipped galley kitchen, wifi, sofa that converts to a large double bed, underfloor heating & air con. Our charming cosy cottage has fantastic views of the Comeragh Mountains. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, nice living room with flat screen TV. Dining area with old feature stone wall for that Irish feel. Fully equipped kitchen. Bistro outside area to take in the beautiful mountain views. Located 9km from Dungarvan to enjoy shopping and restaurants. Magical Mahon Falls for hiking enthusiasts, Waterford Greenway and Clonea Beach and the scenic Copper Coast Drive all within 15 minute drive.

Our Gorgeous Stone Cottage (Kilcannon House)

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

The Cosy Cow house is located in a court yard and is part of Moonavaud Holiday Village . There are two other holiday properties in the court yard which include the stables and the Farm Lodge. All have been recently renovated. The farm itself is a working beef farm. The property is close to Dungarvan and Waterford and situated on the the coast. It is Only 2km from the Mo Waterford green way. A 2 minute walk to award winning Stradbally village. Strictly a no smoking policy

Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!
