The Greenway Stay guest outhouse guarantees a comfortable and spacious yet cozy stay in a prime location - right on the Dungarvan stretch of the Waterford Greenway. We are less than 1km from Dungarvan Town centre, just 500metres to the closest beach and if hiking is on the agenda, it is only a 10minute drive to hiking trails of the Comeragh mountains. Our local country Pub is a 10 min walk and nearest village is a 10 min drive for any essentials.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

The Outhouse, Sceach House. Greenway 10 min .

The Outhouse is located in our garden and guests have use of a private outdoor sitting area and parking . Stradbally village and both village beaches are 5 and 10 minutes walk away. The coastline between Stradbally and Tramore is stunning and unspoilt and the Comeragh Mountains are only a short drive. Access to the Greenway and bike hire is a 10 minute drive. The medieval seaside town of Dungarvan is a 20 minute drive, and the medieval city of Waterford is 35 minutes.

The wonderful Tintern Abbey and Colcough Gardens are fifteen-minutes away, and Wexford town is twenty-five.

The accommodation is approximately 40 metres from the main house ensuring privacy throughout your stay.
