There are two outdoor patios, a Weber grill, Traeger smoker, a fire pit, and outdoor shower. The driveway and carport easily fits two cars. Included are two beach cruisers, two surfboards, four beach chairs, two umbrellas, and a wagon to transport everything!

Our summer retreat has been uniquely furnished with the highest of standards, including a large new Azek deck ready for entertaining and an outdoor hot/cold shower. Saturday check in/check outs only. 7 day minimum stay.

Ocean Star Beach Front Cottage

Ocean Star is our smallest cottage with two bedrooms available to accommodate up to 4 guests. This cottage is located behind The Pub and over the beach, it offers ocean views in a central location. The cottage has a living room overlooking the ocean, eat in kitchen, and a bathroom with a stall shower. There are two bedrooms, each with a full sized bed. The cottage has decks on the south and east sides of the cottage which overlook the ocean and the beach below.

Welcome to our just renovated cottage close to everything! One block to Narrow River: kayak or paddleboard to the ocean and the best part of the beach! Town Beach is 3 min away, Scarborough, Sand Hill Cove, and Block Island ferry 10 min; Newport 15 mins. Also a short walk to great ice cream, bagels, coffee, multiple dining options, bike shop, and playground. No smoking or pets, Kitchen, bed and bath linens are included.

Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, firepit/BBQ area, and my own tiny cottage across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in August/September/October stays).
