Janet, our caretaker, lives in separate accommodation near the entrance and maintains the property and pool. Her area is separate from guest spaces, and most guests have little or no interaction with her. Maximum occupancy is 3 registered guests. Visitors, parties, and events are not permitted. The beach is a 12–17 minute walk or about 3 minutes by car.
