On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir. En JUILLET et en AOUT, locations du samedi au samedi. 😊

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Studio mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Saanenland

Unser ca. 350 jähriges Bauernhaus enthält ein neurenoviertes Studio. Es liegt etwas über dem Dorf Saanen mit wunderschönem Blick über grosse Teile des Saanenlandes. Mit dem Auto ist es in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar, ob von Schönried oder Saanen herkommend. Zwischendrin die Unterführung mit der Abzweigung zu Unterbort/Abländschen. Immer den Wegweisern „Sonnenhof“ folgen. Die Unterführung ist auch Bushaltestelle. Von dort rechnet man noch 15 Min. zu Fuss bis zum Studio. Abholdienst ist möglich.

Transformée en 2015, cette bâtisse jadis office de grenier, a conservé des éléments architecturaux traditionnels. This bright 1-bedroom chalet flat lies within easy walking distance (10 min max) of the car-free centre of Gstaad, one of the best-known of the Swiss alpine villages famed for sport, shopping, dining and people-watching. The 58-sqm space in a traditional chalet boasts a wraparound balcony of 30 sqm with impressive views. Skiing, cycling and walking are close, with the iconic ambience of Gstaad just close by. Two ski lifts are each 500 m away. The flat is non-smoking and no-pet.

Das Studio ist einfach, vollständig und zweckmässig ausgerüstet und verfügt über eine offene Küche, ein Badezimmer, sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2-4 Personen (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa für max 2 Personen). Grosse Fenster ermöglichen es, auch im Studio das herrliche Panorama zu geniessen.

Studio mit Aussicht auf das Tal und die Berge. Die heimelig möblierte Wohnung befindet sich im Parterre mit direktem Zugang zum Sitzplatz und dem Parkplatz. Im Wohn-und Schlafraum befinden sich 2 Schrankbetten, ein Schlafsofa, der Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen ein Bücherregal mit Fernseher und dem Geschirrschrank. Vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie eine prächtige Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Vermieter wohnen im Untergeschoss und sind auch da wenn Du ankommst.
