Beste und absolut zentrale Lage in Düsseldorf - 30m zum Carlsplatz (sehr beliebter Markt) 200m zum Rheinufer und 100m zur Altstadt. Dennoch sehr ruhig im Innenhof gelegen. Bei dieser außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte Düsseldorfs zu Fuß zu erreichen - so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Parkhaus, U-Bahnstationen, Scooter und E-Bike Sharing Stationen, Bus, Taxistand, Car Sharing alles im Umkreis von 30-300m. Dieses Appartement ist ein Volltreffer !

Ruhiges, sehr helles 1 Zimmer Apartment mit eigener Rooftop Terrace, frisch renoviert in Düsseldorfs Stadt-nahem Szeneviertel. Im 2. Obergeschoss mit Blick auf einen ruhigen, großen Hinterhof. Ein gemütliches Boxspringbett, elektrische Verdunklungjalousien und eine Klimaanlage (regulierbar) sorgen für ruhigen Schlaf. Das separate Bad geht vom Flur ab und bietet auch Privatsphäre. Mindestens 50 Restaurants in fussläufiger Nähe, super angebunden in die Stadt oder zur Messe (24 Minuten mit Bus).

Apartment "Paris"

Wir freuen uns darauf euch in unserem neuen Apartment begrüßen zu dürfen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist ein Neubau und wurde erst im Juni 2020 fertiggestellt. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang von draußen und liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohn-Gewerbe-Mischgebiet. Wir wohnen selber gegenüber und fühlen uns hier wohl. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet - Kaffee, Tee usw. stehen bereit. Selbstverständlich wird frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt!

Die Küche ist komplett: Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster. Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Küchenhandtücher, Spülmittel stellen wir zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer ist bestückt mit Seife, Duschbad, Shampoo, Toilettenpapier, Wattepads, Ohrreiniger, Handtüchern und Fön.

A lot of restaurants & bars are within walking distance as well as supermarkets (Real, Rewe, Aldi, Penny etc.) and kiosks. Media harbor/ old town > 15 min on foot or 5 min by train. Messe Düsseldorf can be reached in 15 minutes by underground.
