Great little cabin. We will have to bring the family back up for a visit and spend more time at the cabin. The location is great. The hot tub was a treat for our wrestler. Overall a fantastic place and Kim was very communicative.

This place was amazing. The views were stunning and photos just don't do it justice. You have the back of the house that overlooks a forest valley and off in the distance, you have mountains. It was peaceful. Benjamin and Rebecca were very responsive hosts. This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's a great place to stay if you're looking for peace and quiet and are into outdoor activities.

A great house! Close to Palmer and Hatcher Pass for adventuring. Clean, upgraded, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We decided to stay outside the city of Anchorage for a fews before our cruise so we could do some exploring. The Chalet was an ideal location. It was very spacious for 4 of us. Super clean and had all the supplies we needed. Loved the view of the lake and the seaplane parked across from us. We met Stacy, Hali's mom who gave us all kinds of suggestions about the area and Alaska in general. Great experience all around.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was gorgeous, clean, and fully stocked. It was also close to many great restaurants, stores, coffee shops, and the highway. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend this home!

An incredible cozy mountain escape. We came into Eagle River to be near our solider stationed at JBER and this property was everything and more! It provided the fall views we had hoped for, the home-like feeling we wanted to share and was the perfect home base for exploring many small towns like Seward, Whittier, Talkeetna, Palmer and more. The best night was 8 hrs of viewing the Northern Lights from the large patio with clear views. Great communication, comfortable beds, living room and a well equipped kitchen. Thank you for an unforgettable experience at this magical location. We will certainly be back to this gem and have friends already planning their own visits.

This is the second time we’ve stayed and it was just as amazing as the first! We love the addition of the kitchen. Dawn has thought of everything- comfy beds, lots of pillows, linens, blankets, and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom has everything you need. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend Dawn’s place!

We’ve stayed here in mid-AK winter and now in spring. Love the deck and access to lawn and lake, great view and does not feel like we’re in the city, yet it is and location is perfect for easy access to local establishments. Place is super clean and one of the few places I’ve stayed that has everything a traveler could need.

Cathy's home was perfect for my family. we enjoyed the beautiful views and roomy home. We really appreciated the clean home, bedding and fresh white towels. The home is perfect for family's including little ones with a highchair and safe baby proof downstairs. Would love to stay her again next time we are in town!
