The MGoPatio guesthouse is 125 yards from the Big House, within easy walking distance of more than a dozen sports and entertainment venues: 1 mile to downtown bars and restaurants; 1.5 miles to UM campus; 1.7 miles to I-94, and just 30 minutes to/from Detroit Metro Airport.

Close to town but tucked away on a quiet unpaved road with views of Radrick Golf Course and near Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Parker Mill Park. Enjoy a slice of the country just a short drive from town.

It was fully remodeled in 2019 into a minimal + peaceful Scandinavian-style guest house that sits far back in a spacious backyard, with all-new landscaping, an outdoor grill, patio and fire pit. The carriage house doors have been restored to completely open on warm days/nights to bring the outdoors in. TV + sound system can be enjoyed from the outside patios.
