KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

"Cozy Mountain Cabin" is stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing weekend, including a gorgeous kitchen with a gas range stove. We have a generously sized outdoor hot tub and a gas fireplace in the living room. The cabin is a two bedroom, the primary bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the pull out sofa has a full size bed. Main bathroom has stand up shower.

This private, cozy cottage is perched on a hillside offering mountain and pastoral views to the west, with a private, custom waterfall bath and queen bed. There are 5 acres of mountain and sea views, extensive Japanese gardens, ponds, fir and cedar groves.
