It has space and all the amenities for 4 guests: 2 bedrooms, a closet, a full bath, a spacious living room, a kitchen with a double induction cooktop and lots of natural light. Comfortable beds, excellent wifi, smart TV. The space is modern, bright, cosy and sustainable (solar powered). Everything you need for a perfect stay.

Most walkable + safe residential locations in DC: one block from the W.E. Convention Center, less than 10 10-minute walk to the Cap. Arena, and a 20-minute walk to the National Mall with its lovely Smithsonian Museums, White House, Chinatown, with some of the city's best dining and nightlife a stone's throw away.
