The north side sleeps up to 5 guests in 2 California king size beds & a single sofa sleeper. The south side sleeps up to 3 guests in a California king & a single sofa sleeper. Two full bathrooms & two kitchenettes make for plenty of room to accommodate your group. Bonus - you'll be walking distance to almost all of Springdale!

The Stone Cottage

This cottage style home has a stone exterior with a wrap around porch and is surrounded by trees and bushes. At 1000 sq/ft, it is cosy and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom. The master is located on the ground floor with a king bed. An upstairs bedroom holds a queen and a semi private loft holds two twin beds. A queen fold away is in the living room couch. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with cookware, coffee maker, slow cooker, waffle maker. Washer and dryer.
