Access BLM trails from the property for biking, off roading & hiking or stay on the secluded backyard beach, soaking or tubing in the river. *So sorry, no pet policy is firm. **Owners live upstairs, overhead noise can occasionally be heard.

The area surrounding the building is open for visitors to enjoy, including access to the Virgin River, and private access to walking paths and the river.

A comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with a garage. Enjoy the desert motif. It is well stocked with the comforts of home. A pack-n-play is available for the little one. Coffee, tea, and welcome treats! If a couple of people don't mind sleeping on an air mattress with a headboard or on a couch, this place can sleep up to 6 people. Located 15 minutes to the gate of Zion National Park. Leave your worries behind while staying in this beautiful new construction studio unit with Stellar views of Zion from our yard! We back up to The Virgin River behind the house and thousands of acres of BLM land with plenty of trails for mountain biking and hiking just out your door! So quiet and private away from the noise just listen to the river and enjoy the views while sipping coffee or cocktails on the patio. I live upstairs if needed.

Hurricane is a great place for outdoors enthusiasts. Atv riding is legal on the road, from our location to your trailhead. We are a half hour scenic drive to Zion National Park. There's hiking trails throughout Hurricane and St. George. We are 10 minutes from Sand Hollow and Quail Creek Reservoirs. Kolob reservoir is just an hour away, if you enjoy camping and fishing. There are several golf courses 10 minutes away. 50 minutes away is Brianhead ski resort. 35 minutes from Tuachan Ampitheatre.

Note: this space has two kitchen seating areas, and two bedrooms include seating, however there is no living room.

We are close to parks; a shaded city park is adjacent to the property, and we are only 25 miles from Zion National Park. It is near the city center, and there are a variety of restaurants nearby. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children).
