Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedroom guest house/apartment. One bedroom with full/queen bed. Bunk room with 2 twin over full bunks. Very peaceful and relaxing garage apartment on 100 secluded acres. Fishing available if arranged ahead of time. Fainting goats and miniature horses in pasture, occasionally chickens. Experience some of the joys of farm life without all the work. We have farm dogs you might encounter. We live in a separate house on the property.

We've created this space as a getaway for couples so we ask that children and pets are left at home. No handicap access as this is an above the garage loft.

This garage apartment is situated on 2.5 acres of tree bordered land. We have lovely views and quiet surroundings, but our central location make it quick and easy to get anywhere in the Tri-Cities (less than 1 mile from ETSU). Decorated with items that show our love for ETSU, Johnson City and travel, we want you to be comfortable and relaxed. Guests can also enjoy the quiet backyard and patio for a bit of fresh mountain air and relaxation! Great for families!

Quiet cottage in town

Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.
