We have a spacious bedroom suite with a private entrance located off the deck that is open for guests to use for a morning cup of coffee or take in the views. We are centrally located, within 15 minutes from historic Jonesborough, and 30 minutes from Johnson City, Greenville & Kingsport.

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse, donkey and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

We love this location because it is so close to where we work, live and play. The blue and gold décor theme is inspired by our love for the ETSU campus and community. The condo is located less than a minute drive from campus where you can attend a Broadway play at the ETSU Martin Center or cheer on the football team at Greene Stadium. If you would rather head downtown, check out the local shops and restaurants. So many great outdoor and indoor attractions just minutes away!

Quiet cottage in town

Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.

Hannah’s Farmhouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located 20-30 minutes from Tusculum College and Greeneville and 45-50 minutes from Johnson City. A beautiful country farmhouse with a view of the Smoky Mountains and a hot tub to relax in. Our dear Grandma Hannah lived here before she passed away in February of 2023. We want the place to be a testimony to who she was—loving God and people and always friendly and hospitable!
