The location worked out great - near my brother's house and near the downtown Marietta location where extended family and friends gathered. It's not new, but certainly met our needs. Nice hot water in the showers!

We felt right at home. The kids loved the beds in the loft. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We had a relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Alissa was extremely quick to respond to our inquiries. The setting was very pretty, private & quiet. I would advise against arriving after dark because of the twisting country roads; also, I don't think you could read the road signs in the dark. The home had a very appealing layout & the rooms were very spacious. The bed and living room furniture were comfy; the primary shower was enormous and had really good water pressure. The hot tub was fantastic & had a unique "roof." We drove into Marietta one afternoon and had a delicious lunch at the Galley restaurant on 2nd Street. We are already looking forward to returning to this terrific home!

Toni is a wonderful host and the house was perfect for our weekend in Marietta. The fenced backyard was a bonus for kids and the dog and the kitchen is well supplied. We enjoyed walking across the street for dinner on the river and the young grandchildren enjoyed watching for barges going up and down the Ohio. We never had an issue finding on-street parking on the side street - there is no dedicated driveway. Anyone with mobility issues would find this location challenging but for us it was just fine. Fond memories of Easter egg hunt outside and due to chilly weather, inside as well.

The cottage home is lovely! It was the perfect size for our family & had everything we needed. The home is clean & very comfortable. The location was perfect for what we were in town for - everything was very close! Shannon was very responsive, friendly, and flexible with our plans. We would certainly recommend this place to others and would love the opportunity to visit again in the future.

Me & my family loved Kayla’s home!! It was absolutely beautiful & the attic bedroom was SO COOL!!! She was very friendly and we just overall had a great experience. Would stay here again! Thank you Kayla!!!

Wendi’s home was a perfect fit for us. We had a great time motorcycling and the driveway was large enough to hold a 18ft trailer and excursion . The home is extremely clean and had many extras that others do not! Beds were comfortable and the space in the home is comfortable for many couples. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you!

My husband, 3 children and I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Karen is a wonderful, gracious host and truly goes above and beyond. She stopped by and made sure we knew where everything was and answered any questions we had! She made sure the kids had plenty of toys/books and even left them some snacks, making sure what we allowed our children to have first. It was a no screen weekend for us, and no cell signal made it all the better!! We hiked around her stunning property, watched the sunset over the icy pond, built a few fires and cooked dinner over them each night. We cannot wait to come back this summer! We made a weekend filled with core memories for our kiddos and wonderful memories for us. Thank you so much Karen, can’t wait to come back!

Robert was great with communication and easy to work with. A host I would be happy to use again. He was quick to identify and correct an issue with Airbnb system and helped to make my last minute booking work for us. We had a great stay and look forward to going back.

Хатинка дуже затишна. Ідеально для сімейного відпочинку. Розташування хороше. З мінусів тільки відсутність wi-fi і звʼязку. Heater не працював ( працював некоректно) тому в зимовий час було холодно, але вцілому будинок вартий уваги! Відпочинком задоволений. Рекомендую!

Gorgeous location. The cabin is cozy and warm. I was there during a rainy few days and it was perfect. I plan on returning.

The cabin was great for our stay. We spent most of the time hiking outdoors which the cabin is located close to many trails. You could also hike right from the cabin if you wanted to. It is close to multiple covered bridges. The cabin had everything we needed. We did bring our own drinking water. The river behind the house is very cool to look at and listen to. Aaron was great asking if we needed anything or had any questions. The Wi-Fi was amazing. Super fast and no issues at all streaming shows and movies.

This place was an amazing getaway for my family and the river was beautiful. We would love to go back during the summer.

Convenient location for our family get together in nearby Vincent. Very peaceful setting. Make sure you check-in while it is light out, as it is hard to find in the dark (we drove by it a few times).

It was a spur of the moment idea for my wife and I to get away to the river a few days. We reserved on a Saturday evening. Response was immediate. Less than 48 hours later on a cold and windy Monday at 3pm we arrived. We were greeted by the really neat electric fireplace already running making it warm and comfortable. It was a great time, the place is very peaceful and private. We felt right at home. The cabin is clean and comfortable. Very unique and cool feature is the huge boulder that is outback. The rock is a great background for photos. It is way bigger in person than in the pictures. The wifi worked out great. My wife works remotely and it worked flawlessly the entire stay. She enjoyed working from the kitchen table and opening the blinds for the river view. We plan to come back here this summer when the water warms up, to do some fishing.
