Our spacious upstairs apartment boasts spectacular views over the Quantock hills - where you can often glimpse the local red deer - as well as views over the Exmoor and Brendon hills. The apartment is well equipped with a large kitchen, sitting room and two bedrooms. Bicknoller is a peaceful village that features a friendly pub serving delicious meals. It has a small village shop.

Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. Within Walking distance of The West Somerset Railway and a variety of pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Located on a working farm and small riding school on the edge of the village of Williton. Please note we are a working farm so there will be associated noise and smells, we are also doing some alterations to the adjoining barn which may generate some daytime noise.

Little Combe is the ideal retreat for anyone seeking a super comfortable hideaway. Snuggle up in front of the wood-burner and look out over the grassland meadow, sprinkled with wild flowers in Spring. Enjoy relaxing in the private terrace, soaking up the morning sun, and then evening drinks lounging at sundown, listening to the meadow stream. On a clear night enjoy the beauty of the star-filled sky, before sinking into the kingsize bed nestled in a cosy nook.

The Bramleys, Old Cleeve

The Bramleys is a completely self-contained, single-storey cottage sleeping 4 across two spacious bedrooms, each of which can be made up as a super-king bed or as twin beds (please confirm your preference on booking). The cottage offers a light and airy living-dining room with patio doors leading outside, a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, and a bathroom featuring both a bath and a separate shower cubicle.
