Located at the Park Avenue condominiums, our home is 1,500 square feet of comfort. Large kitchen, breakfast bar and dining table downstairs. Also downstairs is the great room. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with its own full private bath. Private parking in our carport. With amenities so close that the car can stay parked.

Our property is a quick 5 minute walk to Main St. and all that Downtown Park City has to offer. Peruse the local shops, taste local whiskey at the High West Distillery, or wine and dine at a any of the fine establishments Main St. has to offer. The Town Lift is also less than a 10 minute walk away while Deer Valley Resort is a 1.5 miles away(free shuttle). This is not a rental with basic items purchased just to get by. Every room has been carefully thought out and this house is very comfy.
