It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Cheltenham,walking distance to the centre of town. Well set out apartment,spacious and clutter free. Fantastic location. Can definitely recommend anyone wanting to be in the centre of the town.

Flat is as pictured, easy to find, and our family of four slept very well indeed. We only stayed for one night and did not use the kitchen. The showers were brilliant.

Fantastic place for our family, including our young daughter. The location was very central, and the apartment had everything needed for us (we stayed for a week). Absolutely no complaints and George was incredibly responsive throughout our stay for anything we needed.

Great flat and the feeling inside was great. Very functional space and with everything I needed to have a good time with my family. I recommend it!

We loved our stay in Cheltenham. The apartment was extremely clean and had great amenities - it was perfect for our 2 night stay. Jonathan and Sally were extremely responsive and helpful with any of our queries. Just something to be aware of - we did stay on a Saturday night and being situated next to the Social club, had to battle through some live music until midnight. All in all, really recommend staying here if you’re driving through Cheltenham.

Andrea has been extremely helpful from the start, he is always available on the phone for any inquiries. I very much enjoy staying at his apartment and if I return to Birmingham again, I will definitely do so.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous view. The house was clean and tidy and everything we needed was there. We had a great time celebrating our friend's 40th birthday. The pub was a 2 mn walk from the Airbnb. Jenny welcomed us and was so lovely and friendly. Stow on the Wold is beautiful Cotswold little town with many cafés, restaurants and gift shops. Some of us are planning to come back at some point with our families. I highly recommend this place

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Perfectly located cottage in the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water. Clean and well equipped. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Fabulous works from the doorstep. Thank you for a great stay!

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

No words can explain how much we enjoyed our stay. Starting from the host who was really friendly, responsive and helpful. The house itself was amazing the smart featured appliances made it stand out and definitely looked exactly like it was presented on the photos. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home with a fine touch of comfort and class.

Kit Provided more than the basic necessities: plenty of towels, spare pillows & blankets, basic seasonings, cooking & cleaning supplies. We were so comfortable & also just a walk away from the train station & a high street. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to book with Kit again!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was decorated beautifully especially the living space with all the amenities required. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful escape. While there’s room for slight improvement in cleanliness, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. I appreciated the effort put into the design and enjoyed my time here.

We had a fantastic weekend at Lucy's place. Lucy and Stephen have thought of everything! There is a very handy flexible check-in process, and once you check in there are lots of clear instructions on how to use everything in the property. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay and the property has a comfy and spacious living/dining area. Both bedrooms had comfortable double beds and it was extremely helpful to have the two bathrooms, as well as a downstairs toilet. The property is in a really lovely setting in a quiet corner, so traffic noise is minimal. A really lovely stay to celebrate a family birthday - thank you so much!

We had a great stay and Carola has been ever so kind and very responsive. She came to introduce herself and even helped us with our luggages on the way out. The apartment is exactly how shown on photos and it was very clean and tidy, lovely decor and furniture, we felt quickly at home. The check in was super easy and we've found all the instructions and many recommendations in the guest book, us welcome bundle. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. The flat was incredible - convenient location, great furnishings, great design. Absolutely loved it. One of the bedrooms had enough room for me to set up the travel cot we brought, and the ground floor location made getting in and out really easy. Parking was great and the instructions for the permit were really easy. Overall, we’d definitely book again!

We had a great stay in the apartment. There was everything we needed, the space was great and really well cleaned and looked after. Sandip's instructions for check in made it so easy and he sent us lots of recommendations for places to go and things to do nearby. There's plenty to do within walking distance which was perfect for us. Parking is quite tight but if you have people to help you, it is doable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Pearl was a friendly and attentive host that welcomed us on check-in and provided clear instructions. The Airbnb itself was clean and tidy with everything you could need for a short stay. Excellent location, few minutes walk to the main high street and was easily accessible for a wedding at Mickleton Hills Farm. Highly recommend.

Claire’s apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay in Broadway with our baby and dog. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, comfy, immaculately clean and very practical. Claire had really thought of everything. There were mirrors and plug sockets in all the right places, and labels on things like light switches and kitchen items so everything is easy to understand and use, and there were some lovely little touches, such as welcome drinks and treats. I especially appreciated how clean the kitchen appliances were, as I was using them to prepare food for our baby, and having a washing machine and dishwasher also came in handy! We would not hesitate to return and recommend to friends and family.
