This has quickly become one of my favorite places to stay. There’s plenty to entertain the kids, the yard is beautiful, the island can seat like 10 people 😂 love it here

We loved our stay and have only good things to say about Leslie. The furniture is comfortable in EVERY room, and I cannot say that about every place I’ve stayed. The water pressure in the shower is GREAT. The heater kept us cozy warm. The beds and bedding arw wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet. The place is very homey, and all the appliances work great. Leslie was very responsive and flexible. We will definitely stay again!!

We needed a place to stay while we prepared for our oldest daughters wedding. It was relaxing and clean. There were 8 of us staying there. The bathroom linen supply was ample. The view of the river was excellent. There was plenty of street parking close to the house. Would highly reccomend to anyone with a large group.

Excellent place - very clean, modern in farmhouse setting. Short drive to newburgh, Owensboro and Evansville and restaurants. We would stay again

Great clean, pristine stay! This space was comfortable and had all of the accommodations that your home has. They really go out of their way to make the space feel like home .

We rented both apartments for our children & spouses when they came into town for their dad's 70th birthday. Although we did not see the inside of the apartments, both of our children were pleased. They said the spaces were cute, comfortable, and that we should consider renting again when family comes into town. It was also very convenient that they could bring their dogs as it saved them money on boarding. Logan was very quick to respond to our questions and even extended an extra day when I realized I messed up the bookings.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and will definitely rent from here again. Hasib is a great host and the bed was very comfortable with lots of extra pillows.

great location and easy check-in

Jon’s place had everything I needed for a short weekend in Evansville. In a great location, safe street parking, and he is very kind and friendly. The space is perfect, comfy bed, fridge, coffee, desk, and a cute bathroom too. Will be staring here if I ever come back to Evansville!

This is I believe the 3rd time I have stayed here. It has been so great every single time! Very nice place and great location. Chris is super nice and makes you feel right at home. I will continue to stay here when visiting the area ☺️

The stay was exactly what I needed. The place was clean, check-in was easy, and everything matched the description. No issues at all during my time there. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!

Kelly and Jason were super responsive during the entire stay. Arrived a few hours before the 4:00 check in so sent a message if could check in early and immediately responded….yes. Left a cuff link and only knew because Kelly messaged letting me know and offered to mail. Coffee, snacks/teats and BBQ were great. Beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Kelly and Jason for being great hosts!
