The cottage has lovely views of Warkworth Castle and is fully equipped to be your perfect home from home.

Deep in the heart of North Northumberland, amenities in Alnwick and activities are just a 10 minute drive away. Next to the Pod, there is parking for 2 cars. Our Pod overlooks the hilltop Farm Steading of Overthwarts, giving panoramic views of the countryside. With your own private gated entrance, you can come and go as you please or enjoy the views from the comfort of the wood fired Kirami hot tub.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Coquet Way is a comfortable and newly decorated bungalow, in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of Warkworth village. It is a short walk along the river or by the castle, to the village where you will find independent shops, local pubs and restaurants. Coquet Way is also close to the many delights of Northumberland, including sandy beaches, impressive castles and stunning countryside. The house is a perfectly placed to explore the Northumberland National Dark Sky Park and Kielder Water, just 20 minutes away. The Boe Rigg restaurant and bar is a 10-minute stroll away and a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants can be found in the traditional market town of Bellingham just two miles away.

A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

The village is a few minutes walk, Warkworth castle and coquet river walk a 5 minute stroll and the golden sands of Warkworth beach a 10 minute walk away from the hideaway.
