Enjoy a relaxing stay at this recently renovated grade 2 listed weavers cottage. Only a 5 minute walk to the Town Centre shops, bars, restaurants and other local amenities. The cottage is only a 5 minute walk to the train and bus stations with direct links to Manchester and Leeds and Centre Vale Park is only a 2 minute walk. At this pet-friendly home there is off road parking directly outside, in addition to a free car park close by. At the rear of the cottage is a private, enclosed patio area.

It provides an ideal base to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire including; Howarth, the home of the Brontes, Halifax, including the Piece Hall and Shibden Hall, the home of Anne Lister and the Pennine Way.

Cosy grade II listed annex, sleeps four

Explore the beautiful Calder valley from this characterful grade II listed annex to Kilnhurst Old Hall, once the home of the author, artist and traveller William Holt. We have a comfy king-size bed in the lower bedroom, and two singles or a double on the mezzanine level above as you prefer, and a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. There are fantastic walks, loads of fascinting local history, independent shops and places to eat and drink. We have a safe space for cyclists to store bikes, too!

The bothy used to be an old Stable, then potting shed for Old Birtle, a grade 2 Listed farmhouse dating to back 1672. A great pub 10 mis walk away. 4 miles into bury with its market and major transport hubs, M66, M62. Perfect for weekends, for walkers, cyclists - we are on the edge of Beautiful Ashworth Valley. We accept longer stays for people moving house etc

Detached house in former farmyard with walks directly onto open moorland, easy bus and rail access, pub , farm shop and cafe within 3 mins walk along Rochdale Rd. Spacious living for 7 - 9. Covered outdoor seating, large enclosed yard, lawn, EV charger, private parking for 3 cars, bike storage. We are just across the yard for maps, bike tools, board games etc. Yoga/ meditation studio available by arrangement (extra fee for day hire). Late checkout by arrangement. Not suitable for under 10s.

Compact and cosy, our rural retreat offers a small kitchenette, a king size bed, and a double sofa bed suitable for children. Next door is the Top Brink Inn, known for home-cooked food and great ales. Just around the corner, explore Stoodley Pike, a must-visit landmark. We're close to Pennine Way, National Trail and Calderdale Way, ideally located for stunning countryside walks and cycling. If you're into shopping, Todmorden and Hebden Bridge are also close by. Perfect for a peaceful getaway!

Topsy Turvy Cottage

The cottage is situated on a small Pennine hill farm. It is in a quiet, secluded area at the end of the farm lane but is only a mile from the small town of Littleborough which has supermarkets and shops. Trains from Littleborough connect to Manchester and Leeds. M62 junction 21 is 10-15 min drive. We live in the adjacent farmhouse, guests will often see us around the farm. We are more than happy to interact and have a chat but respect those who want privacy. Sorry we do not allow pets.

Ideally situated for miles upon miles of the most scenic country walking. 2 minutes drive from Todmorden centre, 10 minutes from Hebden Bridge centre, 45 minutes from Manchester City Centre or 1 hour from Leeds. Located on a main train and bus route you can get to us from any direction! We have a bus stop 50 metres away and the train station is a 12 minute walk.

The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove.
