This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Even without ceiling fans! Secure digital door lock with new code generated for each new guest for peace of mind.

Ideally situated in Melbourne's leafy, outer eastern suburbs, this quiet location is a stone's throw from the Dandenong Ranges with the stunning Yarra Valley & Warrandyte regions just a short drive away. Easily accessible via major motorways, you will also find shops, public transport, schools & hospitals nearby. Please note that our studio is only suitable for adults.

It has a Private Separate Entrance and bath room, Free WIFI. Renovated, comfortable . We are experienced hosting many international guests including students. Located in the eastern suburb of Vermont South, the studio has one queen bed which can accommodate at most two adults .A fridge, microwave, kettle,toaster which can let you make some simple meals. A TV, portable heater,air Conditioner, washing machine and a modern En-suite which make a more convenient living.

Easy 15 min walk to cafes, shopping centre and trains. Busses are at the end of street. Easy access to the Dandenong Ranges, Puffing Billy, Sherbrooke Forest and much more. The unit is in our back yard with a gate to access the native reserve with several walking tracks.

This tranquil self-contained space with separate entry, downstairs of an existing peaceful home, allows you to rest and unwind, or take on more active pursuits. Relax and enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere in this newly renovated 2 bedroom unit. Spread out in the living room and enjoy some movies with the internet connected TV, or get some work done on the dedicated laptop friendly work desk, free WiFi included. It has a small back yard, and it has a park, children's play ground, oval, and access to walking and bike trails just across the road.

This is a one-storey house with a big deck attached outside, which belongs to Tanglewood, a private property. Tanglewood is 20 kms east of Melbourne CBD, opening to Terrara Rd. It’s a perfect ideal place for people who need a real quality break or relaxation for the body & mind from pressures or hard work.
