We have been traveling with friends to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival in PCB for five years. The first year we stayed on the 18th floor of a high-rise condo on the beach. At the end of our stay, we decided that did not suit us and we looked for a home to rent. We lucked out and found the Grey Narwhal which is where we stayed the following year. This year (2025) was our fourth consecutive year staying there and we are already booked for next April. The house is exactly as described. It is very comfortable with a kitchen full of all the amenities that we need. Everything in the house is good to excellent quality from the crockery in the kitchen to the bed linens and towels. There’s also some interesting reading material; if you choose to stay at the Grey Narwhal, look for the Ladybird books for adults on the shelf above the couch. Great reading! Paul and Janet are extremely responsive and friendly hosts and have given us great recommendations in the past. Looking forward to 26!

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

Wonderful spot for a family vacation! Loved the pool and a quick walk to the beach. They even provided a beach wagon upon request. Highly recommend.

Perfect family beach getaway for our family! Everything was exactly as expected. The hosts were some of the best we have ever had. Quick responses on anything needed. We had a wonderful time!

This was such a lovely home. It was so close to the private beach (3min walk) and short 20min walk to the public beach which allows pups on the sand. There were a few delicious eateries with in walking distance as well. It was definitely a wonderful home. Thanks again y’all.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dodie's place. Everything looked as the pictures showed. Had pretty much everything you would need to make yourself at home. Very quiet, peaceful area, with occasional roosters crowing in the background. Had a problem getting the tv in living room to come on, but messaged her, and within minutes, she gave clear instructions, and said if we had problems, it would be no problem coming to show us. Also a problem with hot tub(since we don't have one, and didn't know how to work it). She has beach chairs, coolers, dog treats, dog crates etc. First time we traveled this far with our girl Lucy. She was very comfortable staying in crate while we were gone(she was crate trained as a puppy) The beach is easy to get to. Russell Fields pier isn't far. Walmart isn't far if you need groceries, beach wear etc. I let my husband fish, while I enjoyed the peace and quiet at the house, and finished a book while I was there. I think you will really enjoy Dodie's place!!

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

The Bleu was great. Very clean and comfortable. Met Bonnie while we were there. Very personable and asked if we needed anything making sure our stay was 5 star. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

This condo was perfect for a weekend trip to 30A. The location was just as described and the condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were both super responsive and friendly.

Pretty much was as expected only thing was the two beds are in the same room. Wasn’t thrilled about that but that was probably my misunderstanding and we made it work. Everything we needed was there. Great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is exactly as described and you can’t beat the accessibility staying on the beach provides. There were two of us on this trip but you could comfortably accommodate more! Would not hesitate to rebook this listing in the future!

If you are looking to go to Baytowne wharf then this is the best place to stay. You are steps away from great restaurants and a great time. Roxana is a great host and let us know where the places were to go that we couldn’t miss. Definitely going to book again.

Cassie’s place was wonderful. My family and I had an amazing vacation here. A few things that stood out to me are: It’s right across the street from the beach, they had everything from all the sand toys to chairs, even a wagon! We did bring our own beach towels (they give very clear instructions and information that let me I would need to bring my own). Never had to wait on a response or ask for instructions, very attentive. The pool and hot tub were great. There is two full bathtubs, the master bedroom bath tub is a huge deep tub and was perfect. You are only allowed one car and will need to reserve parking for any others. There’s a lot just about a block away you can park at (included in the information and instructions). Would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was extremely clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable beach vacation. The location was perfect — just a short walk to beach access, and it was really convenient having restaurants like The Perfect Pig right downstairs. The unit itself was cozy and thoughtfully stocked with all the little extras you need to get your trip started with ease. We also appreciated the clear instructions for check-in, checkout, and the helpful notes around the condo — it really showed the owner’s attention to detail. One of the highlights was how responsive and helpful the host was throughout our stay. Communication was quick and clear, which made everything even more stress-free. The building felt safe and quiet, and parking was easy to manage. Plus, having a Publix grocery store just a few minutes away made it simple to grab anything we needed during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and can not wait to come back.

Staying at Jeff and Cindy’s place was a real delight!!! We loved the location and really enjoyed the HUGE screened porches!!! Perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxing!!! Kitchen well stocked, lovely furnishings and terrify bathrooms with walk in showers!! They were very responsive to any questions that we had and were simply great hosts!!!

Josh’s place was a wonderful place to stay during our spring break. The condo was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the location as we could walk to many restaurants and take a free tram to the beach. We will be back!

We were there for bike week. What I really liked was being able to park my motorbike under a sheltered port. Although it is only 500 and some square feet with the high ceilings it felt a lot bigger. I was very comfortable and the view was pretty. I would very much love to stay with you again. I felt safe and definitely needed the exercise of going up and down the stairs. This condo was perfect for my daughter and I! It was exactly as pictured and the perfect space for a couple of 2 travelers with beautiful views! We love Carillon Beach and will definitely rebook this condo again! Theresa was a great host, super responsive (like immediate) and helpful when new codes were needed for pool and beach access! Great listing! Beth is a highly responsive and attentive host. The kitchen is beautiful and well-stocked with cookware, and the beach is just a short walk away. The on-site amenities also made for a truly wonderful stay!
