Home was as described, beautiful with plenty of room. Peaceful and plenty of privacy. Pool was amazing! Emily was great a communicating and answered all our questions promptly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with my family, as the location offered proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The presence of a police station and fire department directly across from our accommodations ensured our safety and security. The kids had a great time using the pool and pool table. The place was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

This is our second time staying with Meredith and we absolutely love everything about our stays here. We travel to the area at least once a year and Meredith will always be our #1 option when we are in town. Great location, the home is perfect for us with 4 adults and 2 kids and communication is always top notch. Highly recommend!

Iva and Greg were great hosts, they were very helpful and fast when we needed help with a few things. The house was very clean and is very nice. Great place to stay with family or friends. The pool is so nice!

We loved the area that the house was in. Walkable to the beach and within a short walk or bike to a few restaurants and coffee spots. The pool was also perfect! Just make sure you always remember to press and hold the door alarm override when accessing the pool from the guest room - the alarm is extremely loud which is great if you have little ones but not so great if you, as an adult, forget to hold the button long enough :) We would love to stay here again!

If you’re looking to book Korin’s place, do it!!!! I went back and forth on a few different Airbnb’s for a trip home to Florida to visit my mom. Korin and her team have created such a beautiful home! Easy to find, big beautiful interior that looks exactly like the pictures. A large background with a fire pit, pool, lounge chairs. My fur babies ran and played all over (also super appreciated that the yard was clean of dog poop - the Airbnb also had doggy bags to use!). About a 10 minute walk to beach access from the house, a coffee shop within walking distance and a gas station at the end of the road. I couldn’t speak better things about this place, location, team! They also tried to send a gift through Door Dash I believe but the store wasn’t able to fulfill, that was so thoughtful! The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard was peaceful, and the weather was perfect. Thank you for an amazing trip home! 💞

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

Aimee’s bungalow could not have been more perfect for a relaxing couples getaway for my husband and myself and our two best friends! Location was so nice, close to the beach and easily accessible to Alys/Rosemary! We got ample usage from provided bikes, beach towels and chairs, and we are very grateful for those provisions! The house is decorated perfectly and felt cozy and chic. We spent a lot of time in the dreamy backyard oasis, it was all divine. Thank you, Aimee!

We had a wonderful stay!! Our first family vacation to PCB and the house met all of our needs. The house was fully equipped with plenty of towels and kitchenware. The golf cart was perfect for heading to the beach or running to the local grocery store. The location was so close to an uncrowded and beautiful beach. And the host, Kiersten, was extremely responsive.

House was better than described…I have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this hike was by far the best value…We will be returning. Great house, great location. We loved our stay!!!

Our stay with Crotty & Co. in PCB was absolutely perfect! The house was quaint and beautifully decorated, and its location was perfect. It was private and peaceful, yet not too far of a drive to downtown. It was a very short walk to the public beach access 95, and a 2 minute drive to Publix. Camp Helen was 5 minutes away. Conservation Park was 10 minutes away. My kids absolutely loved the private pool with the lights at night! Bayou Bills Crab House is right down the road and was excellent. We had an amazing stay!

Wonderful Stay at Miramar Beach! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb in Miramar Beach, FL! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area and the well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Super quiet, great location, 1 min from the beach, house was very clean. I will definitely be coming back for our next spring break.

I can’t speak highly enough of this house and the hosts. The pictures are what you get, and it’s beautiful. Fully equipped with what you need, clean and so much space. Plenty of amenities. Personally I liked staying a little out of Seaside, but still close enough to walk to the main center. The beach across the street is amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

The home was exactly described. Very well appointed with nice attention to detail. The host was extremely responsive and addressed any concerns we may have had. Great Place and Great Host!

Clean and conveniently located with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed having our own pool as well as having access to the large resort-like community pool. Only 2mins from beach in the included golf cart.

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

We've been vacationing along 30A almost two decades, and this our favorite home and location to date. Easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, super quick golf cart trip to Cowgirl Kitchen, gorgeous home, and a private pool. It smells and looks brand new. :)

Chandra’s place was just as described. Very nicely decorated and clean. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. We plan to visit again.

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.
