Approx 1000 sq ft, it sports a large bathroom with full tub, an open concept kitchen/living space with appliances (including dishwasher, washer/dryer) and large HD flat screen Smart TV.

Welcome to "Just Darling" beach cottage off HWY 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. Closest Beach access is a 10 minute walk via a short cut path or 2 minute drive. Enjoy restaurants, shops, bike trail etc... close to "Watercolor and Seaside” communities. Home is sun filled and cozy with everything you would need for your stay, including a community pool up the street. Best of all, relax on the charming wrap around front porch or barbeque off the private porch off main floor back bedroom. ENJOY!

A screened front porch for your morning coffee or afternoon nap & a back porch for dining under the lights. An outdoor shower with hot & cold water. This little place is old and quirky but the AC is new and the charm & location can't be beat! I travel for work and with notice may be in the guest house which is not rented out to others.

Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during the Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.
