PLEASE read cancellation policy prior to booking. Welcome to this "SWEET SUITE" right in the heart of Seagrove on 30A! A perfect little studio space for couples...but if you have to bring the little one, we have a foldaway floor mat available that folds out to a twin size, ( just bring extra pillow & bedding for that!) More than enough floor space for a pack and play also. This 2nd floor studio space is just across the small two lane 30A highway run.. so just a short 3 min walk to the sand!

Mustique is a private, spacious and luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A. It's a short walk to our PRIVATE beach and the swimming pools, includes 2 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. A small dog less than 20 lbs is allowed. Our carriage house, Time Out, is a 550 sq. ft. apt above a detached garage located in Old Florida Beach, a gated Gulf front community off 30A. It has a a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining and living area. The separate bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. Yes - there is wifi, cable, 2 tv's, and a washer and dryer. Old Florida Beach has a wide private beach, as well as a beautiful, large heated community pool. 2 bicycles and beach chairs are included.

9th floor OCEAN VIEW studio @Sandestin resort

Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. Beautification alert: January and February 2026 the hallways will be painted and carpet replaced * Pool will be heated the week of Thanksgiving (Nov 22 - Nov 29) and again from Dec 23 - January 2
