Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.

Aimed at the budget conscious traveller, who craves their own private amenities. A 5 minute drive to the northern edge of the Catlins, where there is so much to explore, all doable by day trip from the accommodation. Fishing, beaches, waterfalls, sealions, penguins all just a short walk or drive away.
