Absolute WATERFRONT! Our very unique, semi self-contained, downstairs guest suite is beachfront in the picturesque Marlborough Sounds. Only 10 minutes drive from Picton where the train, bus or ferry connects you to the gateway of the South Island or North Island. Soak in the spa pool, relax on a deck with a glass of wine, use the kayaks or paddleboard or put out a fishing rod just metres from your suite. Stunning views over to the village of Havelock and beyond to the breathtaking Pelorus Sounds and decorated with a stylish Pacific vibe. Watch the boats come and go from the marina and relax on the deck or balcony. The water is tidal so at high tide the water laps at the property boundary. At low tide there are expansive mud flats. The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.
