We had a late check in, which wasn’t a problem. While small, the apartment was exactly what we required for two nights. Central location.

Lovely place to stay! My whānau and I really enjoyed it… the setting is just gorgeous, so quiet, picturesque, and tranquil. The studio is compact and well equipped. We didn’t realize the queen bed is in the living space but it wasn’t a problem. Our daughter slept in the kids room and enjoyed having a “big girl bed” (bunk bed) all to herself. She loved the chickens too. Close to Patuna archway and Martinborough cycle tours. Would definitely recommend. 👍

What a fantastic place for a secluded and private space in the heart of Napier. The accommodation was just as described, Lynley and Drew welcomed us on our first day and made us feel at home . We highly recommend this apartment as a place to relax, unwind and watch the local birdlife.

lovely stay. room nice warm and relaxing. bed very comfy. katie very informative of usage of the spa and bath etc. she was nice enough to run the outside bath while we were out for dinner so it was nice and hot when we got back. checking in and out was a breeze. very enjoyable stay recommended especially for the price it’s a bargain.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous villa. The little touches were most appreciated, we loved being able to relax in front of the fireplace enjoying a drink and a sweet treat while flicking through a beautiful book chosen from the huge range on the wall of books! The check in details were given ahead of time and were very clear. We would love to visit this amazing area again and if we did we would certainly look to stay in this tranquil haven again.

We had to make an emergency trip back to NZ after the sudden passing of a beloved family member. Sarah’s home was perfect for our big group, close to amenities and not far from whanau and friends. The house was very homely, clean and inviting. We loved the spa, it helped us all unwind after our long stressful days. Sarah was very responsive when I messaged in relation to questions whilst we visited. We would definitely book again!

We stayed in several air bnbs for our recent trip to NZ and Niki’s house had the best feel about it - definitely our favourite. So welcoming, lovely furnishings and linen, and we all felt immediately at home when we arrived. Such a beautiful garden view from every window and local Indian restaurant on our first night was delicious! Thank you for a great stay.

A great place to stay - beautiful! Semi-rural, lots of green space and birdlife and a beautiful outlook. A lovely property for a relaxing stay with everything you need and plenty of space for everyone.

We had a lovely stay. Modern and spotlessly clean. Quiet neighbourhood. Kids loved the foosball table and games console. Car parking a little tight but fine.

très bon séjour même pour une nuitée. la maison est très très bien équipée et tout a été pensé pour que l'on ne manque de rien, tant dans la cuisine que dans les salles de bains ou les chambres très confortable , calme mignon et joliment décoré c'est le logement le mieux équipé de notre séjour ! Hayley’s place was the perfect home away from home! The space was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Being right next to the beach was such a treat. The amenities were top-notch and everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up. Hayley was a wonderful host, making sure we felt welcome and had great sets of instructions for all the equipment. Would absolutely love to stay here again – highly recommend!

Overall a fantastic place to stay. Almost brand new, great corner location provides great privacy and outdoor space. Very well appointed (linen, kitchen items etc.) Walkable to main spots in Upper Hut. Would definitely stay again.
