Our 11-acre farm has alpacas, Buster the cat, horses and sheep as well as stunning views over the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean. Located less than a 5 min drive to Dunedin’s iconic Tunnel beach, where you can explore rocky coastlines and a hand carved rock tunnel. Our Self-Contained Apartment is fitted with modern furnishings, free WiFi and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse from the sliding doors. There is a private deck with a table and seating. The living area has a sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Hillside Retreat & Woodstoked Hot Tub

This unique place has a style all its own. Come and enjoy some peace and quiet admiring the outstanding views of Mount Benger in your own wood stoked stainless steel hot tub. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.
