Mel’s cottage was absolutely stunning! Bed was so comfortable. Clean fresh and comfortable linen. Cottage had everything we needed and a lovely breakfast was provided.

Beautiful property. So close to the biking trails. Peaceful setting. Happy chirping birdies. Well cared for property with a bounty of flora to brighten your spirits.

Stephen And Sue's place was perfect for my needs while attending a workshop just a few minutes away. Very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed including breakfast cereals and milk.

We stayed here for a month as were moving to the local area - we couldn't have picked a better Air B and B!! Ruth and Regan were the most amazing hosts. The location is idyllic, close enough to everything you need a short but calm and beautiful surroundings. It is well equipped, clean and spacious. Ruth and Regan checked in regularly with us to make sure all was okay and to answer any questions we had about the place or the local area, and are super friendly and gracious hosts. They were also very accommodating with allowing us to stay with 2 pets that had travelled from the UK with us. Having morning coffee outside whilst listening to the zoo animals nearby is such a treat! We will recommend to any friends and family that visit us. A perfect place to stay when exploring Hamilton and the Waikato region!

Beautiful property and very friendly hosts. The outdoor fireplace is excellent and they also have a very nice dog. I would highly recommend staying here.

The place is so peaceful. The park it’s located in is beautiful and relaxing — perfect for a walk. The view from the porch overlooking the pond is amazing. It's only 5 minutes from Hamilton, but it feels like you're completely off the grid. Truly an amazing stay

Lesley greeted us and was just lovely. Told us about what there was to do in the area, including eateries. Just a hop skip and jump to the swing bridge was awesome. Beautifully clean and tidy.

We had a fantastic stay at Tony and Jeanette’s! The property was as expected from the listing photos and description. The property was modern, spotlessly clean and felt private. The surrounding area was beautiful and the property although not in a main town was accessible to shops for its rural location. My family and I will rebook when needed and look forward to returning. If you are looking for a whare that is central to EVERYTHING, hidden yet so comfy & gives you the feels of home with the safety side included (gated) then this is the whare you need to book. The spa gave it that extra comfiness. The outside area was perfect to relax & chill/have a laugh with whanau. We loved it all. The hosts are quick with replying & so easy to communicate with we will definitely be back when we are in town again. THANKS AGAIN GUYS- also love the welcome book & popcorn that was a cool touch Thankyou😊

It’s been such a great stay at Kaye’s place, most welcoming, our kids could use their pool and the best time there. We enjoyed the awesome surroundings with the sheep and chickens ‘next door’. Thank you as well for the tools our son got to finish his woodwork project he started at sanctuary mountain!

Very quiet location. Tastefully decorated cottage with a very comfortable bed and an amazing deep bath. Very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time here. The location strikes the perfect balance—peaceful and remote-feeling, surrounded by nature, yet just minutes from the central area with restaurants, cafes, and shops. The cabin was spotless and very well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was soaking in the outdoor bathtub under the stars—such a magical experience. We’re already planning to come back! Would love to see a little outdoor BBQ setup next time.

Perfect, luxurious, well-appointed studio in what is obviously one of the most beautiful places on earth. Very private and feels secluded but is a quick drive to Cambridge which has great cafes and even better pastries. We stayed here as a base for travel to Hobbiton, Rotorua and Taupo (a two hour drive but worth it) and highly recommend the back roads - the scenery is amazing. The studio itself has everything you need, the amenities are modern and high end and the bedding is so comfortable. We struggled to leave the comfort every morning, especially with the rain. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an idyllic home away from home experience. Friendly owners, respectful of guests and quick to assist if required. The property was the perfect getaway, the gardens so beautiful, outdoor area to sit and watch rabbits and quail dashing around the grounds. Hope to stay again. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Chris’s place. The unit is a private unit adjoining Chris’s house in the countryside a few miles outside of Hamilton. You’re only a 15-20 minute drive away from Hamilton, which has a good selection of supermarkets and restaurants. We chose to stay in the Hamilton area because it is centrally located for trips to Rotorua, the hot water beach at Kawhia, the beach at Raglan, and Waitomo caves. We were pleasantly surprised by some of the attractions in Hamilton though, including Hamilton Gardens and our kids also really enjoyed the children’s gallery at the Waikato Museum. Chris’s apartment has pretty much everything you need, including a washing machine, dryer, a small dishwasher, oven, microwave and a TV with Netflix. There’s also a nice, private deck at the back of the unit, overlooking a forested area. Chris was a friendly host, who met us to check us in and was responsive to any questions or requests for help that we had.

Had a fabulous and quiet stay. Very comfortable and nice to have a bit of room to spread out. Richard was responsive to questions. Having off street parking was appreciated.
