Otematata is little town with easy access to lakes Benmore, Aviemore and Waitaki ,a short walk through stunning wetlands to the lake for fishing and swimming. It has an abundance of walking and cycling trails, a country Golf Club, Bowling club and A2O Cycle trail. Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade.
