'The Stones' Farm Accommodation near Kai Iwi Beach

Self contained one-bedroom unit near beautiful Kai Iwi Beach. Located on a lifestyle block in a peaceful setting with views to the ocean. The unit has its own entrance but is attached to our garage. There is a lovely front porch ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets. Queen size bed in separate bedroom with a sofa bed available in lounge if required. The kitchenette has a microwave oven, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and is equipped with crockery and cutlery. Free wifi, Netflix, Freeview.

The Shelter

With wooden interior and carpeted floors with free standing fireplace, our accomodation is both spacious yet cosy. The master bedroom has a cabin feel to it with a comfy bed and views out onto farmland. The Loft is a spacious cosy area with low ceilings which the teenagers will love but tall people may not enjoy it as it's only about 1.75 cm at the highest point . large couches for watching netflix or relaxing on the deck. we are not set up for young children and think it's best suited to 8+ age

Whanganui Awa became the first waterway in the world to get legal personhood, in 2017. Staying next to her in "The Braeburn" is a rare opportunity to come inside this often admired building. On the second floor in the main wing with a huge exclusive NON SMOKING balcony, is your truly blissful escape. Come watch the sunsets, and pour yourself a drink. Slow down, relax and enjoy. Just a 7 minute walk to the popular Castlecliff beach for a swim or take a stroll along the black sandy beach, call into the Citadel for a meal or drink on the way home. Ohakune is an hours drive to enjoy the great walks or skiing. 4 square and laundromat close by

Cottage on Rapanui

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish cottage. It is set in quiet and peaceful surroundings in the country close to town. The views are stunning. You can lie in bed and enjoy the tranquility. On a clear day, you can see Mt Taranaki in the distance. It is only 4 minutes drive to Mowhanau Beach, 11 minutes to the centre of town, Springvale Park, Splash Centre, Jubilee Stadium and Virginia Lake. Note: The pool is presently closed over the winter months due to the cold weather.

Would suggest this for children only for the limited room. Can provide a travel cot for infants if organised in advance. 10 mins drive away from Kai Iwi beach and a 20-25mins drive to Whanganui. We are situated on the main highway but far enough to not hear traffic. Great location for kids to run around.
