Rental is 3.7 miles from Taylor Ferry North Boat Ramp, and 1 mile from Sequoyah State Park. Very private, only rental on the 5 acre property. Paved road to property. Safe parking for boats and autos. Rental is on 5 acres and 100 yards from road. Owner lives on property. This is only rental on property and there is lots of space and privacy between the homes.
