Wadi Musa: soggiorni in alloggi con caminetto

Mahdi place was wonderful. Great sized room and lovely view! Sadly my plans changed so I didn’t stay the night but he was very lovely and understanding.

I had a very nice stay at Mohammed’s house. He was very friendly and explained to me what I can do in Petra. He had every time a cup of tea for me what I really appreciated. I can definitely recommend this place and I will definitely come back. 5 out of 5 stars for Mohammed.

Cannot say enough about our time with Wafaa, Khalid, and baby Elaina. Since we were coming from Israel, they arranged a ride for us from the boarder to a restaurant for a short snack in Aqaba, and then up to Petra. Following our stay with them, they also locked on transport for us back to the King Hussein Bridge for passage back into Israel. Once we arrived, Wafaa had dinner ready for us, where we enjoyed the company of our fellow travellers in a bedouin tent, but with tables and chairs for less flexible westerners. We enjoyed playing with their baby girl who provided entertainment during dinner each night. Khalid and his uncle provided directions, transport, and instructions for us to get the most out of an amazing visit to Petra. After that we just took a walk around their neighbourhood where we were invited in for Tea and food with several families even though it was Ramadan for them. After stopping at two we returned to get our kids to go play with some of their counterparts

We were welcomed and told to make ourselves at home from the get go. Very clear communication as well as flexible check in. The dinner his family made for us was absolutely delicious and exactly what we needed after a long day of activities and driving!

Meda était au États Unis mais j’ai été chaleureusement accueillie par toute sa famille! La chambre était propre, la salle de bain séparée juste à côté également très propre. J’ai dîné avec toute la famille, bédouins de Petra depuis plusieurs générations. Ils ont été particulièrement accueillants et avaient une réelle volonté de me faire découvrir Petra et la culture bédouine. Je recommande chaudement cette expérience pour ceux qui cherchent une vraie expérience avec les locaux, un peu hors des sentiers battus. Merci encore pour cet accueil !

Nayef was a very gracious host that welcomed us with open arms. On top of a hill overlooking Wadi Musa was a beautiful view. Nice and heated in the winter and only a 5 min drive to Petra Visitor Center. Prepared meals are offered for a reasonable price.

Ev sahibi inanılmaz yardımcı oldu. Sorularımıza çok hızlı yanıtlar verdi. Çok tatlı çocukları vardı ve bize hoşgeldin seramonisi sundular. Eksiklerimizi hemen karşılayıp, ikramda da bulundular. Çok kibarlardı. Ayrıca ev petraya araba ile 5 dakika mesafede. Çok teşekkürler:)

Firstly, I would start with gratitude. Hamzah, you became our friend very quickly. Thank you from all of us for your hospitality, your kindness and the amazing organization! Everyone who is considering should book this property! I could honestly say that this apartment is perfect, especially for its price but the thing which is the very best of the best is Hamzah himself. Before booking the property, I wrote him a short letter and within 2-3 minutes I have already got the confirmation to book the home. After we book it (like seconds after) Hamzah wrote me to ask if we need anything else and he offered us to help us with other arrangements for our trip. He helped us to book bedouin camp as well in Wadi Rum for amazing prices (even local people were impressed) and also he helped us with organizing our transport which was a bit complicated and again on amazing fares. (from Aqaba to Wadi Musa in the evening, then from Wadi Musa to Wadi Rum and then from Wadi Rum again to Aqaba again in the evening) We spent in Hamzah’s apartment 1 night. Everything was clean and welcoming. Even though we came almost at midnight, we were welcomed so warmly we felt like home. In the appartment there is everything you may need during your stay, including some tourist broshures etc. The home is very near to the Petra’s entrance (like 10-15 mina depending on which way you take) and actually it is in the city center- there are many shops and food spots. We bought super delicious fresh fruits, some stuff from the supermarkets and etc. The location is amazing not only because its close to everything but because it provides you with peace so you can rest after a busy trip. Hamzah was even checking up on us during our trip if we are okay or we nees anything. What could we say more- Hamzah is a host that everyone would dream of! Thank you my friend once again! Appartement spacieux et propre. Proche du centre touristique de Petra ( 3 mn en voiture) des commerces et des restaurants ( 3 mn à pied). Très bon accueil et facile de se garer .
