Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

We had the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay at The Anchorage. The location was superb, and the views from the house were my personal favorite part. I spent every spare minute in the sunroom looking at the ocean. There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable and my children especially enjoyed the kids room with bunk beds! The town is beautiful and there are so many different beach options around to choose from. It is definitely a little stressful driving in the village (coming from from an American haha) but that aside it was a perfect end to our vacation and I plan on booking again (this time with some friends or maybe extended family to fill up the many bedrooms!)

I don’t think the pictures did this place justice- it was absolutely beautiful and homey and had everything we needed, including the comfiest bedding I’ve ever slept in. We were given great recommendations and the communication was quick, friendly and helpful. We did have a few woodlouse and even a beetle in the house but we were warned and there’s repellants so there wasn’t much more that the host could’ve done. The area was so peaceful and it was a perfect break from normal life. Wish we could’ve stayed for longer!

We had a lovely stay as a group of 6 adults. Staff were lovely and went the extra mile. The house we stayed in was exceptionally clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we would need. Would recommend to others.

Perfect location beautiful views and the house was clean. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay there again. Hoping to go again this year.

Badgers House was the perfect venue and location for a large family break. House was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The indoor pool proved a knockout with the children - especially as the weather wasn’t great! The indoor games room was a hit for the male adults, who enjoyed hours of pool, and they hit the gym too. The woodland walk was perfect, we spotted a male deer, the children loved it! Hide and seek in the house was so exciting and kept the little ones entertained for hours! Thank you to Max and Alex for being superb hosts and giving us this beautiful home and setting to enjoy. Our granddaughter broke her heart to have to leave! We will definitely be returning and may need Toad Hall next time for more family members to come along and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful place.

The house is beautiful and surpassed our expectations, it is very well kept and has great cooking facilities. The hosts were super helpful and very friendly making the whole experience that much better. The house suited our group perfectly and we would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful cottage. It’s spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Vanessa was incredibly helpful and quick to respond whenever we had any questions. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful experience and are already planning our next visit!

Really a lovely and beautifully clean caravan, with towels and bedding and all the cleaning supplies etc so no need to bring too much from home. Stunning location you fall in love with straight away. Quiet in winter but you feel safe.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely flat. It was situated in an ideal location for both the Hoe/seafront and the city centre. The flat was well equipped and warm and the parking space was a real bonus. William was attentive , asking us if we had arrived safely and if everything was okay. He responded immediately when we had a minor problem. The welcome goodies were much appreciated. Thank you, we will be visiting again.

A cosy, quiet and comfortable flat. Great location - walking distance from Swanpool and Gyllanvese beaches, with a couple of restaurants nearby and a handy Co-Op shop.

What a special little cottage. So unique with it being so close to the waters edge and location to the harbour. The view out to sea from the main bedroom was stunning. Loved the little dressing room. Great shower. The cottage is well equipped. Loved it and will definitely return!! Great places to eat. We loved Cintra in the harbour which does small plates. Had a lovely lunch at Portminster kitchen overlooking the harbour. We did a fab walk at Pendeen followed by lunch at Gunards head pub. All places are dog friendly.

Exactly what we wanted. Small, cosy, homely apartment. Easy access to Falmouth and other places nearby. Good local food, first class fish and chips within 5 minutes, (portions are huge), and Pizza's within a couple of minutes. Both cooked to order. Traditional pub, drinking only, but you are welcome to take food in from other places, round the corner. Further restaurants within easy access. Falmouth beach 10 minute drive. The apartment was very quiet. Parking was an added bonus. Would we visit again? Without a doubt.

Die Wohnung von Anna war ein warmes und schönes Zuhause. Mit viel Liebe hat Anna die Wohnung eingerichtet. Jedes Detail stimmt und es ist alles vorhanden. Ein daheim zum Wohlfühlen. Anna hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Falmouth ist ein schöner Ort an der Küste. Besuche in Lizard Point lohnen sich (dort gibt es ein hübsches Café) und Land‘s End ist eher touristisch. Am besten geht man den „South West Path“ von Sennen bis Land‘s End. Wir können nur positives berichten. In Falmouth gibt es auch viele Restaurants, Pubs und Shops. Hinweis: Von der Wohnung an den Hafen gibt es viele Treppen. Man sollte gut zu Fuss sein. Uns hat es nicht gestört und oben hat man dafür eine wunderbare Aussicht. Ein Besuch bei Anna und in Falmouth können wir sehr empfehlen.

Hän toi meille iltapalaakin, kun saavuimme vähillä eväillä illalla! Asunto oli kaikin puolin siisti, tosi tilava! Ja ihanan rauhallinen! Maasto on mäkinen ja kävely keskustaan vaatii hyvää kuntoa! Vierailimme pääsiäisen aikaan ja asunnossa oli pajunkissaverhot!!

Great location with a fabulous view. Accommodation is well furnished, modern and clean with great facilities, especially the kitchen. Slept well on very comfortable beds with decent bedding and in very quiet surroundings. Covered parking is a bonus as is the station 2 minutes away - great for popping into StIves! Nice patio with a great view and a lovely beach just a short walk away. We would definitely stay again.

the place was perfect ! so close to the beautiful town of looe, and even on a wet day we had , there was loads of films and games for the kids to keep them entertained, the views are blinding aswell as got the forest and sea view, robert was excellent and responsive, will definitely be looking to come back down in the summer ☀️

Despite bad weather and a couple of power cuts we had a lovely few days away. The property felt private and not overlooked and was well equiped with everything we needed in the kitchen. A lovely beach is a short walk away, we also took a short drive into looe for a cuppa and cake. We would definitely stay longer next time.

This was the most incredible stay, we had the most brilliant time. The beach house was gorgeous and well equipped with anything you could possibly need and great quality! The staff were so attentive and thoughtful and the location was incredible. Cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The house is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for families or larger groups. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. One of the highlights was the large parking area—plenty of space to comfortably park up to 5 cars, which made things so convenient for us. Inside, the house is well-equipped for families, especially those with kids. There were lots of toys to keep the little ones entertained, which was a huge plus. The dining table is impressively big, allowing everyone to sit together and enjoy meals as a group—something we really appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised by the generous complimentary breakfast items stocked in the house. It was a thoughtful touch that made our mornings easier and more enjoyable. The outdoor space is just as inviting as the inside. The back garden features a fun trampoline for kids, and a gas barbecue that’s perfect for enjoying meals outside.

Beautiful house, thoughtfully decorated and a pleasure to spend time in. It is also huge so lots of space to make yourself at home. All appliances, white goods etc in perfect working order and all furniture comfortable and tidy, linens and towels very clean etc. The house throughout was very clean. Parking permits available on arrival so very easy and we had no issues with parking during our week long stay. Easy to walk to the seafront, shopping mall, aquarium etc and we enjoyed the walks. Very small asks would be to provide more dinner plates, side plates and bowls. As a family of 5 we went through everything in a day but it’s not enough to fill the dishwasher so no break from washing up on hols! A few basics like salt, pepper, oil would be welcomed to help with home cooking. As I said very small asks. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home away from home for anyone travelling to Plymouth.

We can't recommend Lindsey and Kaye's place enough! Beautiful surroundings in peace and quiet, perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy the land. The hot tub was used every evening and was a real treat after a long day of walking, it was also tucked away and private which made it more relaxing and enjoyable (not all hot tubs in Airbnb's are!). The comfty bed, massive rain shower, stunning kitchen/lounge area were all incredible, but having the views, open space,, and all the little touches that Lindsey and Kaye have added are what make this stay special. Lindsey showed us around and was always on hand to chat and recommend things/give helpful advice, and Kaye was kind enough to show us how the pizza oven works and make sure we were okay! As I said, I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you have a dog (ours loved playing with their beautiful dog, Dodger). The pictures don't do it justice! Quick recommendations: Praa Sands, Porthcurno Beach & Minack Theatre - must see!

Extremely well equipped, welcoming, super clean, plenty of instructions and information about the house and area. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, super garden, plenty of parking, great hot tub, acres of storage, what wasn’t to like!
