We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

This place is great! Sonali is so responsive and helpful. The apartment is just as described, clean and well equipped. You do have to pay extra for AC which is needed. The washing machine is wonderful to have and a really nice touch. We would stay again!

I am testing out if I would like to live in Colombo and rented Dinali’s apartment for a month. The apartment is absolutely fantastic in every single way. I couldn’t have been more happy living there. It is spotlessly clean, immaculately kept, so spacious, amazing interiors and everything in perfect order and easy to navigate. The view to the ocean and the sunsets are spectacular. The rooftop swimming pool is beautiful and an absolute bonus to the apartment. I would give the apartment and Dinali 10 stars if available. Highly recommend.

Roni is such a friendly host! I really enjoy staying at her place. I stayed there twice already and I always felt like home, definitely will stay again when back in Colombo.

Silmiya's place was exactly as described. It was central to many places in Colombo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. Silmiya was always so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Colombo!

The apartment of Prad is a wonderful place with the most stunning view on the lotus tower you can imagine. Additionally, the free to use roof top pool is an outstanding experience. An another good point is that a supermarket is right infront of the door. Prad was always available and a great host. Next time in Colombo, we will definitely book again. Thank you so much Prad!

Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

our host Sepalika was just lovely. even before we checked in, starting from when I booked the house, she was messaged and kept in touch and was very responsive giving details about her home and all the information that one would possibly think would be necessary for the stay. we were a group of 7 and even though we checked in late we had a smooth check in and the house was just warm, cozy and so very clean. attention to even the most little detail for the comfort of the guests was amazing and the 2 caretakers of the house were very respectful disciplined and the utmost helpful to guests. we had very enjoyable lovely continental breakfast served every day which was included in the booking price. as we had late flight sepalika even allowed a late checkout free of charge. Overall it was the one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays from our trip to srilanka.

I spent the last four weeks in this most beautiful house in Sri Lanka, by far the best Airbnb rental which I have occupied on the island. The place is exactly as described, and suited my needs perfectly. The house, furniture, and furnishings are modern, and having a private the garden is an added benefit. The host was easy to communicate with, and having Ajith, the caretaker/manager who is always available, and ready to help, was definitely an asset. Thank you providing an unforgettable stay in Sri Lanka, and I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list, for my next visit to the island.

Mit Abstand die absolut beste Unterkunft die wir jemals hatten. Schon von der Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zum Check out einfach alles super. Charith und Tharaka sind die Perlen des Hauses. Wir wurden während unseres Aufenthalts liebevoll umsorgt. Charith überraschte uns jeden Morgen mit einem leckeren Frühstück und ging sogar auf die Sonderwünsche der Kinder ein. Die Villa wurde täglich gereinigt, frische Blumen standen auf dem Tisch... einfach liebevolle Detailarbeit. Es ist ein super gemütliches offenes Haus, mit großen Räumen ohne unnötigen Kram, aber viel Liebe zum Detail. Die tolle Aussicht vom Pool über die Reisfelder und gleichzeitige Privatsphäre spricht für sich. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, dem kann tatsächlich nicht mehr weiter geholfen werden. Zusammengefasst: Urlaub vom feinsten ab der ersten Minute.

Superbe logement. Propre. belles installations. Correspond a la description. Proche d'un supermarché et de restaurants. a 40 min du centre de Colombo. Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

Indeed a SUPER HOST! She accommodated all our requests with kindness and professionalism including early check in. Property is incredibly clean and beautiful especially it is a spacious house with lots of day light located in third floor. Interior is decently done and has all required amenities. Tusitha ensured to provide us clean towels and bed linens frequently. Famous shopping places are walking distance as well as great restaurants. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet even we can travel mid of the night. It is always super easy to book a cab via Uber or Pick me due to location convenience. Not only Tusitha as a host but also her mother treated us with respect and kindness and were extremely friendly. Their hospitality is top notch and we are very glad that we found this place via AirBNB. We can recommend Tusita as a host and her property without any hesitation.

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

The unit exceeded our expectations with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a small kitchen and seating area which was all that was needed for two people. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed our swim and the gym was well appointed. There was also access to a pool table and a ping pong table. The building is very secure with security on the gates and swipe cards required for entry into the building and lifts. The location was a bit further out than we expected and as overseas tourists, there was not much sightseeing to do in the area for a four night stay. We did go into Colombo on a tuk tuk and had a tour of the sights, which was very enjoyable.

Had a really good stay at Shiffan's apartment on Marine Drive! The place was just as shown in the photos – super clean, with spotless linen and sparkling bathrooms. It’s easy to overlook the fact that it’s non-AC in the description, but the natural breeze and good ventilation made it quite comfortable. Shiffan is a great host – friendly, proactive, and always quick to respond. He also gave helpful tips and local recommendations that made my time in Colombo even better. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a neat, well-maintained apartment with a thoughtful host in a lovely location.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. Great Stay in Colombo Had a really good stay at this place. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Colombo with easy access to everything. The apartment itself is clean, well-furnished, and has all the essentials, including a fully equipped kitchen. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive. Overall, a solid choice if you're looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Colombo.

Modern and spotless apartment with great air conditioning. Pool and gym were excellent. Would definitely recommend, particularly as Uthay was flexible with the check in and also gave us a late check out.
