Located on Vernon Street, the house was constructed from a Gamble Store Home Construction Kit at a cost of just $5,000—a testament to postwar ingenuity and craftsmanship. Today, Marjory’s Cottage House stands not only as a place of warmth and memory but also as a tribute to the legacy of a family deeply rooted in the fabric of its community.

The Shed Retreat

The Shed Retreat is a sacred space for anyone looking to shed their worries, fears, and busy schedules. Once a home for goats located in a secluded area on our property, it is now a peaceful garden oasis among the trees for those seeking a break from the norm. Inside, you can enjoy a cozy and relaxing place to lounge or rest. Outside, you can spend time around the fire pit, collect fresh eggs for breakfast, kayak on a nearby river, bike to local ice cream shops, or take a nap in a hammock.

Quaint 150-Year-Old Country Farmhouse

Located just outside of town, find your peaceful oasis relaxing in this spacious 150-year-old farmhouse. Gather for bonfires around the outdoor fire pit, lounge on the patio set, or enjoy a meal at our classic wooden picnic table under the shade of the property's lovely mature trees. The home’s cozy interior is equipped with high-speed fiberoptic WiFi for easy streaming or WFH. Enjoy the updated kitchen and bathroom, laundry room, and full separate office.
