Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

Badewanne,Daybed, 2PersSchneckendusche und Echtholzkamin lassen keine Wünsche offen. Im Sommer kann ein 5x4Meter Tor geöffnet werden welches den unteren Loftbereich zum Cabrio macht. Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Grote relax en sportruimte met sauna, tafeltennistafel, pooltafel, dartbord en volop bordspellen, en een sjoelbak en televisie plus wifi. Ervaar de rust van het Naturpark Südeifel en het huis met zijn vele extra's.

Mieter können ein kleines Fitnessstudio direkt gegenüber von 6-23 Uhr nutzen.
