Grand Apartment in Otto Wagner Palais / Breakfast

Whether you want to spend a weekend with your family or you need a home base for three months. Embedded within the famous Wundsam Palace Stadiongasse 6-8 you will find what you are looking for. A two winged apartment on 206 m² with up to 10 sleeps in 4 sleeping rooms and one grand living room. The close proximity to the Parliament, the Town Hall and the famous Kunst- and Naturhistorisches Museum are just few of many step stones, which you will find provided on your path to an exclusive stay in imperial Vienna. The two winged Wiener Suite is suited with four bedrooms, a fine dining / living room, two bathrooms and one kitchen for each wing. If needed, the Grüner Salon may also be fitted as fifth sleeping room. Guest are welcome to use everything they can find in the apartment as guest normally do. I will be reachable on my telephone at all times if any assistance is needed. The building is located in the political center of Vienna between the historic town hall and the parliament. It one of the earlier buildings planed by Otto Wagner, one of the most influential Viennese architects. There is the Subway Station Rathaus U2 and the Tram Lines 1, 2, 71 and D within three minutes of walking. Parking is recommended at the Parkgarage am Museumsquartier for 8 € / Day. If it is needed to take the garbage out, then you will find the possibility to deposit mixed garbage and paper within the house. Paper: If you enter the house, then you will see a door on ground level just to your left. Here you will find 3 bins for paper only. Mixed garbage: If you go down the first stair where the paper is deposited and then to your right, then you will find the waste room to your right in the first patio. Glas is deposited publicly just opposite of the house entrance.

We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe: der Donaukanal mit zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants und einer Schiffsstation für Ausflüge nach Bratislava. Im Appartement liegt eine Infomappe bereit, in der Sie alle wichtigen Lokale, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Verkehrsmittel und weiteres finden. Wien ist eine tolle Stadt. Unser Apartement liegt im ältesten und schönsten Teil der Stadt. Nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
