Enjoy some time in the Danish countryside, in this spacious house, close to the sea. With 30 mins to Rødby, 40 mins to Gedser and just over an hour to Copenhagen, the house is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful parts of Denmark, on the banks of the northern part of Falster. The house is a shared summer-house owned by two families, and can easily accommodate 10 people. The area provides ample opportunities for enjoying nature with water, forrests and fields just outside the door.

The house is located close to superb beaches, beautiful walking trails, and shopping at sustainable farmers - or the well-furbished nearby village supermarket

Kæmpe have på 6000 kvm med små oaser og 5 terrasser, heraf 2 store terrasser, 1 mod syd på 50 kvm og 1 mod vest med solnedgang. gamle frugttræer, nattergal og vandudsigt.

Det indeholder køkken/alrum (med opvaskemaskine) og stue i et, badeværelse med brus og vaskemaskine samt 3 værelser (5 sovepladser), hvoraf det ene har dobbeltseng, det andet køjeseng og det tredje en sovesofa (148x200) med topmadras. Fra huset er der vandudsigt og kig til Farøbroen. Der er 350 meter til vandet (Badebro). Der er wifi, tv og Chromecast, spil til haven og brætspil.

Skønt hus omgivet af vinmarker med dejlige værelser, stort køkken og vild have med trampolin, svævebane og gynge. Der er brændeovn, plads til mange om det store plankebord og rig mulighed for både at slappe af i sofaen, i karbadet eller spille badminton i haven og brætspil i stuen. Der er soveværelser, børneværelse med dinosaur-seng og gæsteværelse med ro i stuen. Vi bruger huset som fritidshus med vores børn og byder alle som har lyst til at have det familiært og rart velkomne.

Sunset Lodge is a lovely Danish summer house with a large wooden terrace. Newly renovated in 2024, 97 m2. Enjoy direct sea view from the terrace/living room! Sunset Lodge is a newly renovated holiday home with a unique location. Here there is a direct view of the waters north of Falster with a view to Farø, Bogø and Møn. The sunset over the Farø Bridge is absolutely uniquely beautiful. Ore Strandpark has a private bathing beach with jetty a few minutes' walk from Sunset Lodge.

You will love my home because of the light scandinavian design, prospects, location and surroundings. My accommodation is good for couples, sunsadventurers (in the danish summer of course) , families (with children) and large groups.
