First and foremost, the view of the ocean from the unit is absolutely gorgeous! Both the master bedroom and the living room have floor to ceiling windows with clear and close up views of the oceans. The unit itself is extremely cozy and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The building itself is a bit on the older side and there isn't much around the surrounding areas, but this didn't matter as there was a very nice heated pool and the beach was just on the other side of the pool with private access to the building. Robert was responsive and periodically checked in on us. All in all an amazing experience and would love to visit again!

Catherine's place is a nice place and as described. The pool and amenities at the condo recreation centers are superb and the beach is a short walk. We drove to Rec building #2 and parked there to shorten the walk to the beach when carrying items such as the beach chairs. There is good noise isolation between condos even when there was a party in the unit next door. We would be happy to stay again.

It was perfect for me attending an event at Ocean Center. I was able to walk there and I enjoyed the convenient beach access. The small kitchenette was just enough to be able to do a few meals in the room. I appreciated the front desk making it easy to check in at 1 am. Would definitely return for the same event next year.

Loved everything about this Airbnb the view was amazing , the place was clean , well equipped. I checked in late and the front desk was very nice. They had towels , chairs, boogey boards for the beach. The pool and hot tub was very nice. The WiFi was strong and I had to work during the day. I just kept saying to myself I would definitely stay here again. The location is close to everything and for the price it’s a no brainer!

Very clean, relaxing stay at Maddy and Kats place. Pictures matched exactly on the listing. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Restaurants are close by very convenient. Loved being so close to the beach with a short 1 minute walk. The host were great! My family can’t wait to stay here again!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Andrea’s condo. Very clean, looked just like the pictures, and amazing views! I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends/family

We have been to Jeep Beach 3 years now and found Airbnb's. I am also a superhost. This is the only one we have already said we want to come back to because we felt so comfortable and peaceful! You had everything here and it was very relaxing. Even close to the ramp to enter the beach. We couldn't ask for more. I even enjoyed putting my OCD to use and cleaning up but there were no cleaners at hand so I used basic water, dish soap and the broom. Lisa is an excellent administrator and hostess for your team! She is right on top of everything! You couldn't ask for a better leader!!! She contacted me the day before thru text and we were all set! Looking forward to another return! My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights and it was very beautiful, the views from the room were breath taking. Waking up everyday to the most beautiful sun rises. The area is also very vibrant, with many delicious restaurants in very close proximity and many other things to do in just walking distance. Patti was a great host and very easy to communicate with, we definitely will be back for another visit.

We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

Perfect place to stay! Walkable to beach and everywhere was peaceful. Washers was a big plus too! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in town

My family & I couldn’t be happier with our experience here! We came to New Smyrna for a family wedding, and all 7 of us loved everything about this property. It was clean, convenient & comfortable and had every detail and amenity we could want including awesome instructions about everything from parking to using the TV and beyond. Our hosts were super friendly and responsive, and the area is great. If we ever come back to New Smyrna, there’s no other place we would rather stay - It was perfect!

Laurie and Jeff were the perfect hosts, very responsive and were even able to accommodate my request for early check in. Their place was exactly as described, very clean, and a short walk to the pool and beach. Definitely would love to stay again!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Katie's unit in Pirates Cove is just like the pictures and description. Pirates Cove got hit pretty hard by Hirricane Milton and is still going through some repairs so the building itself looks like it is in disrepair but it's just in the middle of getting it's face-lift. The location is great if you want to walk to some of the local restaurants or want a quick drive over one of the main bridges to get you into the beautiful town area with local shops and eateries. The until itself was a good size for the two of us and the communication with Katie's property managers was superb,very quick to respond and offered some great suggestions. My hubby loved the shower, we took advantage of the double balconies to do our morning time with Lord separately and the dual a/c units made it great for us to climate control the areas we were in. The balcony closest to the beach made people and wave watching easy. We enjoyed our stay and the condo has a great home feel.

The space had everything we needed and more, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.We had a blast, whether we were lounging, cooking, or just enjoying the calm atmosphere. It’s clear that Will has put a lot of care into creating a warm and inviting environment for guests. He was also a wonderful host. Very responsive, attentive, and clear with communication. The helpful checkout instructions made everything so easy for us. This was honestly one of the nicest stays we’ve had. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway. We’d love to come back in the future!

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

Mount Dora Dollhouse is a very special place. The house is not only beautifully decorated but cozy and comfortable. Everything is laid out and explained in detail like tv, fans, fireplace, etc. and fully stocked. The backyard is very large and fenced in for our fur baby. The house is located in a very cute neighborhood. You can enjoy a nice walk to town safely. Jasson was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Mount Dora!

Tomas and Florali were great hosts. They responded quickly to all my questions. The place is great, the pool is nice, clean and warm. We enjoyed the bbq area. The house is overall clean and spacious. There was an issue with the house's pluming but they solved it right away. I would recommended and stay over again.

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

Bernadette and Dave's place was very clean and in very peaceful surroundings, exactly what I was looking for. Check-in was extremely easy and the hosts were responsive and proactive with all communication. Would recommend to friends and family and would definitely book again!

William was an excellent host. Always responsive and willing to work with me and my friends on our specific requests. The place was very cozy and homey in a great way. It met our needs perfectly.
