This is in a very quiet part of the neighborhood. there is absolutely no smoking or vapein the house if caught will forfeit security deposit I may allow a pet depending on breed with a $70 pet fee. No one under age of 25 unless accompanied by parents.. . $15 per night per person charge more than 4 guests. Master has an adjustable queen size bed.

Our bungalow has been a favorite destination since 2014. Private bungalow on a 1/4-acre lot that has been beautifully redecorated and modernized. Located in the heart of Mt. Dora on a picturesque and quiet street. It is just a 5 minute (.4 mile) walk to downtown Mt. Dora. It is 2 bedrooms; one has a queen bed the other is a full size. Also, we have a full-size sleeper sofa. Small dogs are allowed with prior approval. No parties or events allowed.
