A bungalow directly overlooking the sea, rocks and gardens in a well maintained complex. Light, spacious with 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. The gardens surround the bungalow on 3 sides with a private area for braaing. Well located for easy access to Hermanus centre, restaurants, beaches, golfing and Fernkloof Nature Reserve and a front row view of the ocean for whale watching in wintertime. There is a new log burning stove & portable heaters. There is no central heating.

Superb non-smoking garden cottage at the back of the main house. It sleeps 4 guests in two very luxurious en-suite double bedrooms (Air conditioned) with spacious TV- lounge and small kitchenette. Walking into the open-plan dining, sitting and kitchen area the laminate flooring, high ceilings and touches of blue give a sea cottage feel. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. There is a Nespresso machine, guests can bring their preferred Nespresso pods. There is a inside as well as outside bbq area. Three of the four bedrooms open onto the pool/deck area.
