We are happy to welcome you to our newly renovated apartment in the suburbs of Rijeka, with a large private free parking, only 4 km from the city center and the coast. We are located near the exit from the highway so you will reach the beaches, Opatija or Krk very quickly. This comfortable and clean studio apartment is suitable for a couple with or without children or business travelers, we can also accommodate a third and fourth person on a sofa bed and a fifth on a extra bed in the apartment.

Beim Mieten dieses Hauses wird nur das obere Stockwerk vermietet. Es umfasst eine Terrasse, einen Pool, einen Grill und einen Fitnessraum. Das untere Stockwerk ist wie folgt aufgeteilt: Es gibt zwei separate Wohnungen, einen Keller, einen Technikraum und einen Fitnessraum. Eine der beiden unteren Wohnungen nutzen wir privat, während die andere derzeit vermietet ist. Da die unteren Wohnungen einen eigenen Eingang und eigene Parkplätze haben, werden wir uns nie in die Quere kommen.
